We implemented a 100% native solution on Salesforce from bottom-up for a leading real estate company in the Philippines. The solution assists them in receiving leads directly from the web and email. The leads are automatically assigned to project based sales personnel on a round robin basis. The salesperson can view property listings, block/reserve a unit, create a quote with payment schedule amortization, and create and sign contracts directly with these details using DocuSign. In addition, it employs companies to maintain property inventory, allow sellers to block properties for viewing, and provide a waitlisting feature for reserved units. It offers configurable parking allocation rules to accommodate diverse needs.
We implemented a solution to streamline volunteer and donor management processes for a Singapore based non-profit organization dedicated to empowering, providing livelihood opportunities, and providing support to underprivileged women. With Sales Cloud, we tailored a comprehensive system to enable the organization to efficiently assign volunteers to beneficiaries based on availability while providing seamless communication through automated notifications. Additionally, the donor management system allows for easy enquiries through community forms, donation tracking, lead scoring, and various payment options, ensuring a smooth and transparent process for all stakeholders involved.
