Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. The Salesforce Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure Salesforce implementations align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document detailed requirements from stakeholders to support Salesforce implementation projects.
- Analyse business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Customize Salesforce by creating custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder flows, page layouts, and validation rules.
- Perform data analysis, data mapping, data migration, and data cleansing activities as needed.
- Create and maintain documentation related to Salesforce configuration, processes, and user training materials.
- Collaborate closely with developers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and support to end-users.
- Stay informed about Salesforce updates, new features, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (e.g., custom objects, fields, workflows, approval processes).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
