Einstein Copilot
We, at Appistoki, had the privilege of implementing one of the first Einstein Copilot for Service in the ASEAN region, even while it was in the Beta Stage.
We worked with a large Luxury Resort chain to implement Copilot for their Service Cloud. We worked on six use cases for their Service Agents, to include in their daily Work Flow. Service Agents were able to converse with the Copilot interface using natural language prompts to identify, filter, and query records, Summarise Cases, and have Einstein Draft Service Email replies for them, all based on Case data and history. Finally, the most powerful feature Einstein Copilot implemented was the “Answer Questions with Knowledge Base”. Their Service Agents receive many queries from their customers while on the call or chat, which requires them to reply quickly. Appistoki helped them create a Knowledge Framework to assimilate all their knowledge articles and train the AI model. With Einstein Copilot, the Service Agents were able to search for answers from relevant knowledge articles and quickly reply to their customers, thereby not only improving efficiency and productivity but also enhancing the customer experience.
