We successfully implemented Service Cloud for a Singapore-based parking space operator who was looking for a robust ticketing system that would be the single source of truth for all their service agents. The disparate data sources were creating data silos across multiple levels that resulted in an increased TAT, reduced customer satisfaction, and revenue loss. We integrated multiple custom developed systems to consolidate the data into one system accessible to all service agents across locations. This resulted in faster ticket resolution, thereby reducing the overall TAT.
We implemented Service Cloud for a Singapore-based healthcare service provider to handle the concerns of its global clientele and provide its users with a complete 360-degree view of the customer's needs.
